Counseling a process that can transform your life. You will work with your counselor to implement suggestions, to view your circumstances rightly, and to live differently.
Before your first session, download the intake forms, complete the paperwork, and email it to your counselor or bring it to the appointment. Your first session will last about an hour, during which the counselor will discuss the primary reason for which you seek help as well as your life story. Together, you will form a plan for cognitive and behavioral change. Counseling can take several sessions, depending on the nature of the issues and concerns.
